How do I place an order?
Pick the item you like. Choose your size and colour, then tap “Add to Cart”. When you are ready, go to the cart and press “Checkout”. Enter your name, address and payment details. After you place the order, we will send you a message to confirm it.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay securely at checkout using any major debit or credit card, or by direct bank transfer.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled before they are dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and we’ll do our best to help.
How do I track my order?
To check on your order, call our customer care number or send us a message on our social media pages. Please have your order number ready so we can help you quickly.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually dispatched within a few working days. Delivery times vary by location and will be shown at checkout.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, free delivery applies to orders above a minimum spend. Standard delivery charges apply to smaller orders.
Do you deliver island-wide?
We deliver across the island. Remote areas may take a little longer.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within the return window. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have their original tags attached.
How do I exchange an item?
Contact our team with your order number and the size or style you’d like instead. We’ll arrange the exchange, subject to stock availability.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we’ve received and inspected the returned item.
Size & Care
How do I find my size?
If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit.
How should I care for my Meshto pieces?
Wash your clothes with similar colours on a gentle cycle, and keep them away from high heat. This helps them stay soft and look new for longer.
Will the colours fade?
Our pieces are made to last, but washing inside out and in cold water helps preserve colour, especially on black.
